The Role
We're seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide individual and group mental health counseling across both outpatient and mobile settings. This is a role for someone who believes therapy shouldn't be limited to four walls, some clients need an office visit, others need someone to meet them where they actually are. You'll carry a caseload spanning both.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual counseling sessions using CBT, MI, and other evidence-based modalities
- Co-facilitate group therapy sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate with case managers and referral partners
Requirements
- Active Master Level Therapist license in Ohio
- Experience working with adults
- Knowledge of motivational interviewing and trauma-informed approaches
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (flexible)
