The Role
A growing behavioral health organization in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead strategic operations for their multi-site outpatient and residential programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall organizational strategy and program development
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
- Build and maintain relationships with payers, referral sources, and regulatory bodies
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing leadership team
Requirements
- Graduate degree in healthcare administration, business, social work, or related field
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in behavioral health
- Proven track record of growing treatment programs
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets
Schedule
Full-time exempt; flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends
